HELP FAQ
4-10 I can't find the audio file that I downloaded. Where is it?
It depends on your computer's operating system and browser settings, but the downloaded audio
is usually stored in the following location. You may find it by specifying a drive, such as
(C:) or (D:) in the case of Windows.
Windows: Quick Access > Download or PC > Download Folder
Mac: Mac HD User > HOME (*) > Download
Google Chrome (Browser): Click on the menu in the upper right corner to access your
downloads. (*The HOME page displays the name you set in the user settings with a
house-shaped icon.)
