6-10 Do you claim third-party uploaded videos such as gameplay videos, highlight clips, fan compilations, reaction videos, or other derivative works, even if they have been permitted by your licensees?
We have no intention of claiming rights over such videos, irrespective of whether we have confirmed if these derivative contents are authorized by our customers (licensees) or original video content holders. Our default stance is to regard these third-party uploads as advantageous vehicles for spreading content, potentially allowing revenue sharing between the uploaders and the original content holders.
