If you receive a file that is damaged please contact Nash Music Studio, Inc.
Immediately either by mail or phone. After careful investigation you'll be asked to attempt to upload the file again.
In the event that it appears the file itself is not the problem, we ask that you check your internet and computer cables, audio software and hard disk to ensure that everything is working properly.
For customers using i-tunes please ensure that the equilizer settings are correct. The mode should be set to FLAT so that all sounds are balanced.
For files that have been lost within 2 years of the customer's contract Nash Music Studio, Inc.
Will re-upload free of charge one time. The file will be uploaded in Mac-aiff or Win-wave format.
Please inquire by mail or phone. For other formats and for files lost over 2 years a charge will be applied.
** To prevent files from getting lost due to hard disk errors, we recommend copying files to a source other than your computer. **
