The following usages are not permitted under the license agreement of Nash Studio Inc.
To duplicate / sell / lend the music files or CDs on Nash Music Library
(If the music files are fully-packaged with your end-products, it’s permitted to
duplicate / sell / lend them, but you cannot give our music files or CDs alone to other third party)
To make a new, another music by arranging or copying the tracks on Nash Music Library.
NOTE
Our license only allows one individual / company to use our library.
It means your license is only valid for you. Your company branches or affiliated companies are considered as separate entities from yours.
Therefore, each of them has to be licensed with us separately even if you’ve already been licensed with us.
